How come there's no option to allow download photos of shared album from new LR? Do I need to purchase a different subscription?

Use the Share from the Lr Web. There is a Allow option there.

Thank you. I found this option now after LR was updated today.

You just have to go to.......

    https://lightroom.adobe.com

(and sign in) to set preferences for shares (including allowing downloads and the display format).

As Jim says, these options will probably come to LrCC at some point (hopefully)

Thank you. I do not see the option to allow others to download under Preferences.

There is an option to File->Save, and you can either save a full-sized or reduced size JPEG file or an original raw file and settings. You can highlight multiple images and have the same choices, but that's it. What more are you wanting to do. You have to remember that this is version 1 software. Perhaps there will be more options in the future.

Sorry Jim. How do I allow friends and family to download shared photos on the web through LightRoom? I'm not trying to download my own photos. Is this feature available? Do I have to subscrible to photoshop instead of lightroom to have that feature?
