Question

Any way to get more than 1TB in LR?

Ive been using LR classic on PC since it came out.  Recently Ive switched to mac and ditched my DSRL for iphone, but working with photos on a mac + iphone is a disaster as LR cant detect duplicates, and there is no easy way toget files off the phone, and the mac HD is peanut sized (my 10 year old windows laptop has 2TB SSD, my M1 only has half).

Also, I cant share my entire catalog with friends and family unless they sit on my computer or I export them to facebook or similar, and I cant dump 1TB of files into FB - a) I dont want to put any of my photos on FB, b) they would not be able to search and sort them, or use the keywords.

I was toying with the idea of LR (not the classic one), but it only has 1TB. I have more than 1TB.  I hear that Adobe dont offer any way to up it to 2TB?

I suspect even if I switch to LR (non classic version), I still could not share my entire catalog to friends and family for them to search on my keyworeds etc right? If not, its still no use swichting, even if I had to ditch some photos to squeze it in.

Hey @default2xj17nq3hjw2 . Welcome to the community!

You can add up to 10 TB to your plan. Just follow the information listed at the bottom of this page: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/compare-plans.html

Hope this helps!

Best,
