Após a atualização eu perdi meus arquivos

HELPPPP!

Tinha inúmeros arquivos salvos no ligthroom, inclusive presets salvos, mas após a atualização solicitaram login novamente. Já fiz login com todos e-mails possíveis, Facebook, pelo id Apple, mas em nenhum deles acho meus arquivos, simplesmente sumiu tudo!! Alguém consegue me ajudar?
