My Lightroom app simply stopped working after I exported a photo from my camera to my phone (JPG) and tried to import it into the app, just like I always do with any other photo. Then the app stopped working. A message from Lightroom appeared saying there was an error and that it wasn't possible to edit that version of the photo. I closed the app, deleted the photo from my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom, and tried editing other photos, but now the same message appears for every photo I try to open and edit — even simple screenshots.

Hey, @matheus_8393. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've moved your post to discussions; I'll need more info to help you figure this out.
Please share more details, such as the exact version of Lightroom, mobile mode, and OS details, screenshots, and video recordings of what you see.
If you're on a Samsung Device, try reinstalling Lightroom from the Galaxy App Store and check if the issue exists.
Thanks!
