app will automatically edit photos and videos I try to edit

Hi! So whenever i import a photo right before I click on it in the app it looks fine and unedited. Then I open it up to add my edits and before I can do anything it tries to edit it for me. How do I stop "automatic editing"? I use the app on my iPhone 13.

    In your app settings go to import, do you have a preset set to apply automatically? Mine is set to apply auto + Optics to every photo I import. Set it to camera settings or Adobe default. 

    To get to the settings, in LR, select the ... in the upper right corner, app settings

    Hi Melissa, I'm having the same problem with video import even though I followed your instructions (I set it to camera setting)  It keeps automatically applying a filter to the videos I import (photos are fine). My app is updated. 

     

    Please help?? Thank you! 🙂
