AppleTV Lightroom menu not reachable with 2nd gen Apple TV remote

The 2nd generation Apple TV remote does not make the AppleTV Lightroom Menu visible.
Pressing once or many times or Press and Hold on the back-button (no menu key anymore) makes it go back to the Apple TV start screen.
Other AppleTV apps just use the up-arrow key on the clickpad (one or more clicks)  to move to the menu, on the top row to make this visible.

The rest is working fine!

Hope this can be solved in a future update.

Thanks,

Good solution for now: Lightroom on iPhone, and view on TV with screen mirroring through AppleTV. Works also verry well for slideshows 👍👍

Thanks Charlie, for your quick response.

Also the iOS Remote feature does not help me out, it acts the same.
Issue is in the app ... not a difficult change though.

Still hope it will be fixed someday (maybe you can put it on an issue list ...)
or another way of showing the LightroomCC content on my TV, as well in a nice slideshow, is apreciated.

Greetings from a Lightroom & Apple user 😋

Hello @Lex Uiterlinden

Thank you for taking the time to report this.

Lightroom for Apple TV is no longer in active development, though the app remains available for download at this time.  This app status is a bit buried but is mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/mobile-apps/help/lightroom-mobile-faq.html

As a work-around, if you have an iPhone, please try using the iOS Remote feature that is now a part of iOS Control Center.
