Batch Ai-Denoise hangs/crashes

If I select several photos and apply Ai-Denoise to them simultaneously (batch), the process hangs after a few images. It is not clear to me when this happens, sometimes at 2/60, sometimes at 7/10, ... It also does not always happen with the same photo, but can happen with different images.

 

My setting:

Windows 11,

HP Fury 16 G10,

Nvidia RTX 3500 Ada Mobile (driver 5.52)

Lightroom (Cloud) 7.5

this sucks, I have a macbook pro 16gb M2 chip that I paid 2500$ then a adobe membership 90$ per month and I can't even batch denoise my pictures, I've been trying since yesterday I have over 400 pictures to edit and it's hella inconsistent. there's days where I can do 30 at the time, but now i can only do 2 or even 1.


every support will ask you what system we are using while it's clear the system isnt the problem since we're all having the same problem -_-

I also have seen that i see the completely same issue when doing an ai-denoise on my Macbook Air M1.
Same behavior, the first images are denoised, then nothing more happens.

Hey, Anton! Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more details to help you. 

 

Please share the Lightroom system info from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > Upload as an attachment here or copy/paste in your reply. 

Could you share a video post of the issue? 

 

Please try the steps for macOS and let us know if they help. In Photo grid or Square view, select all the photos you want to AI Denoise, select the photo menu, enhance (command + option + E), click Denoise, and enhance.

Hi, I think a picture is enough: the progress bar simply does not proceed.
