camera profile changes after restoring image, then it can be selected again

Hello from Spain, today I was doing some editing test and found something I dont understand. I use nikon d750 and LrC 10.1.

After importing my photos and apply a preset (I have not realized if this happens before applying the preset)

 my profile in my photos is Camera Standard. If I click in the restore button, image profile changes to adobe standard, and I have no option to choose again Camera Standard. With same preset, Camera Standard and adobe standard colors and contrast look very different.

Why doesn't the standard camera profile appear as an option to choose from?
