i have tryied everything!
re installed twice
spoke to adobe they didnt know they told me they would call me back when they have a soution
its sending me mad!
i only signed up to adobe cc last night if thats any help
plus ive already tried the System Preferences/ Sharing / computer name fix didnt work!
anyone else got this problem

Hi,
I have the same issue with my brand new mac.
When I click on the "Connect" for LR Mobile, nothing happens.
I'm already logged into my CC account.
With my old computer, it was OK, I was already connected to LR mobile and the sync was OK too.
Flash Player is updated to the last version
I tried to disconnect/connect from my CC account on my computer : nothing change
I also tried to delete/reinstall Lightroom without any change
Can you help me to fix it please ???

Same problem here ..
I can't log in via "get started with lightroom mobile" on Lightrom CC 2015 desktop version, or via Prefereces/Lightroom Mobile.
It says not signed in and I don't get the option to try to sign in either ..

Exactly what happens when you try to login over the "get started with Lightroom mobile"?
Does it work with the newest LrD CC 2015.1 update?
There used to be a problem if you hadn't clicked on the verification link from Adobe.
That is now solved in CC 2015.1.
If that did not help, did you try the link above?

Hi there
Having the same problem as others. I can access lightroom mobile from my device but cannot from desktop yet previously I could. Clicking sign in to lightroom mobile does nothing, no dialogs or errors.

Well, what ever YOU did, it seems to have sorted out my problem 🙂
I guess you did something to reset my accont? Anyway, updates were now available in the control center app, and that fixed the login issue.

Edit: .. in other words: I did't have to do anything other than installing the updates that wasn't available until now.

Hi Celsoaz. Are you on a Win-System?
If so we have seen some instances on Windows where a user’s settings do not have TLS support enabled and in this case the user will be unable to connect to certain servers. This can be fixed by:
1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
3. In the Security category, check Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, and Use TLS 1.2 (if available).
4. Note It is important to check consecutive versions. Not selecting consecutive versions (e.g. checking TLS 1.0 and 1.2, but not checking 1.1) could result in connection errors.
5. Click OK ​

hi, i just got here because i have the problem
that i cannot sign in at the "get started with lr mobile" dialogue in the upper left corner of lightroom.
it just wouldn't give me any screen or window.
i've got a cc subscription and lr is obviously logged in under my adobe id in general.

I also have a login problem with my login, its stays on the status 'aanmelden' but is does nothing even when i closed lighroom cc en rerstarted it, can you help me?
And by account is says im not logged in, even when y registered.
