Can paste an enabled checkbox, but not a disabled checkbox

Hi,

1.  Enable Super resolution on a photo. 
2.  Copy just the Denoise, Super Res, etc setting only
3.   Paste settings onto another image
4.   Go back to the first image and disable Super resolution
5.   Copy just those settings again
6.   Attempt to paste onto the second image
   
   Result:  Nothing happens
   Expected:  Super Resolution is disabled on the second photo

Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.
