Can someone please tell me if syncing from Classic to LR cloud counts against allotment of storage?

Can someone please tell me if syncing from LR Classic to LR cloud, counts against allotment of storage? Or is it the other way around? I thought one way does use your purchased storage in the cloud and the other direction doesnt?  Thanks.

Syncing Collections from Classic to the Cloud (which contain lower res Smart Previews) do not count towards your storage quota.


Anything imported directly into the Cloud (via Mobile for instance) does count towards your quota. Plus, if sync is turned on in Classic, anything in the Cloud will sync down to the folder that is set in Classic's Preferences.
