Can't add any photo on Adobe photoshop lightroom CC

So i just downloaded the most recent version of Adobe photoshop lightroom cc (2.1.1) and I can't add any photos. Yes i followed all the steps showed in the tutorials and yet the program won't let me add pictures. Also there is an error message that pops up when i go to "key word". I tried to unstall the program because I saw on some forum discussions that it would fix my problem and yet it doesn't, my computer is still telling me that the file is corrupted.
