Can't import any pictures to Lightroom CC

Hey guys,

I just installed Lightroom CC on my laptop and wanted to import pictures.

Unfortunately though this does not seem to be possible. I am not able to click on the +-Icon and also no option on Files is activated.

Other Adobe Apps work without any issue.

Does anyone have an idea on what I am missing or doing wrong?
