Can't import directly from Nikon Z6 to Lightroom mobile iPad pro 11" any longer

Question

When I connect my camera through USB I can download my photos from camera to the camera roll on iPad, no problem.

When I open Lightroom mobile and choose "Add photos" the "From Camera Device" is greyed out. This worked a few weeks ago and I have no idea what has changed.

My iPadOS is up to date (13.6) and I just updated the frmware of my camera to 3.0

Answering myself:

Please check iOS Settings.app > Privacy > Files and Folders > Lightroom and see if that button is on. If you see two, try turning both on. Some users are see two settings, one is off, and turning both on should reduce this to the single expected setting.
