Can't Import Presets

Hi! I went and purchased a pack of presets today, but when I tried to import it, it tells me that every single preset is either duplicate or invalid. I've installed presets before and didn't have this problem, so I don't know what's going on. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 so maybe that has something to do with it? I just got the phone today. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Lightroom Community @Hailee29073649y4w5. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom are you working on? What format are the presets stored in? ZIP, DNG, or XMP?

DNG presets will likely be easiest to import on mobile devices. If you have the presets in a compressed folder, try to unzip that using the file browsers on your mobile. Most preset creators share a written guide for how-to import presets.
