Can't post on Instagram

Question

Whenever I export my edited Lightroom photos to my phone and then try to post them in Instagram, it bugs and Instagram says it can't be posted. I already tried everything like clearing cache, uninstalling, restarting my phone, and trying different export settings.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
