Can't putchase Lightroom for Samsung trial (or subscription)

Hey,

 

first off let me say that Lightroom for Samsung is one of my top 3 photo editing apps. It really is a joy to work with.

 

However trying to get the trial version (and ultimately the subscription) to work, has been unsuccesful for me so far -- and has honestly been the single most frustrating online shopping experience in recent years.

 

- couldn't pay by credit card (tried 2) or paypal

- so I had to pay through Samsung wallet

- Samsung wallet gave me no payment options

- had to set up a new Samsung pay virtual credit card (!)

- had to charge the credit card

- finally (!) got to purchase the trial version

- trial version doesnt work. Tapping he premium features always send me back to the purchase a trial page

 

What do I do?

 

(In the app it says trial expired, maybe I have used the premium trial version years ago?)

 

I suspect 95% of interested users have given up at this point...

Sorry to hear about your struggles.  We've been told that this is now fixed.  Can you please try again and let us know?

Hey,

 

thanks for the reply. Sadly, no, doesn't work.

 

Choosing any premium features sends me to the purchase page, if I tap "Get trial and subscribe", it gives me an error code and tells me I already purchased, if I hit "restore purchases" below, it says it can't do that either, since there have been no purchases in the galaxy store 😕😕
