Can't start Lightroom after update to Win 11

After an update to windows 11 i can't get into my Lightroom. I’m getting 2 errors on startup (see the screenshots) and then its jus a grey screen with no panels or instruments, no albus or photos.

I reinstalled the app but still have the same errors and can't use it at all.

I fixed this issue. The problem was actually caused by Nord VPN. CC librireis were blocked for some reason or couldnt connect trogh vpn. So whe vpn is disabled - everything works fine.
