Can't upload more than 1 photo at a time after the update, photos can't be viewed after upload

Question

After the latest update 8.4 when uploading more than 1 photo to the album the app will display the preview before adding but only one photo is actually sent to the album. If you try to send the second photo again but manually the app will block saying that it has already being added. Restarting the macbook or the app wont solve the problem. Im using a macos sequouia 15.6

Please test and confirm if the issue appears with a specific file. Please share a video & screenshots of the workflow and the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.
