Hello everyone!
It's been 2 weeks already I'm trying to sort this out!
I never purchased Lightroom year subscription, only tried monthly one. Lightroom changed my subscription by itself and tries to charge my card for a year plan! Because there is the limit on my card, Lightroom couldn’t charge it. Now App Store isn’t available for me as I’m not paying for Lightroom subscription and every time when I put my bank details, Lightroom immediately tries to charge my card 🤬
I logged in on Adobe website and purchased another subscription which includes Lightroom as well. But it continues trying to charge my bank card for a year subscription 🤦:female_sign:
Where is the option to cancel subscription? And how to unlink my bank card?
It’s really annoying!
And Lightroom app support is absolutely useless as first you have to know how to contact them directly! There is only automatic reply from the bot.

You need to contact Adobe Support to discuss your subscription problems.
