Cancellation

Hey guys,

 

I have clicked the free trial on Lightroom which has led to autorenewal of membership. Unfortunately Lightroom does not work on my PC. It only makes sense for me to cancel the subscription but I have to pay a cancellation fee. I do not think it is fair to pay cancellation fee since Lightroom is not working for me. Do let me know how i can escalate this issue to the concerned department or person. There is no proper customer service for Adobe. Calls are not being directed to the right source and chat assistance does not provide any valid suggestion.
