Cannot Download Presets

Hi!

I recently purchase Phil Chester's presets and cannot install them. The installation program that came with the presets states "success," but after restarting Lightroom, they are nowhere to be found. I also cannot locate the files on my computer, and I do not see a box labelled "store presets with this catalog" either.

There was a previous topic about this, but none of the answers worked for me!
