Cannot restore purchase after subscription renewal

Hi,

 

Like the last 2 year, I received a notification that my yearly subscription was payed and when the next payment will be. This was on the 15th of this month, 07/15/2022. 

After that, all the Lightroom apps, on my iPhone, Ipad, Windows PC, got the same issue. I get a message saying my subscription has ended, but when I try to renew it failes to do so.

 

In my Adobe account I saw a message that stated that there is a payment issue. I found that odd, because like every year, the subscription was payed for. Checked my bank account to conferm that it was the case.

So I followed instructions to reconnect my paypal account and succesfully did so at fisrt. Waited a day, still no working app on any device. 

 

A few days have past and I gave it another shot. Logged in to my Adobe account, and there it was, the same payment issue message. Tried to reconnect my paypal account again. At first it shows me that i was succesfull and that the next payment is next year. And after I pressed the close window button, It redirected me to the beginning to reconnect my paypal. Tried a few more times, but I looks like its in a loop or wont save. 

 

Can anyone look into this? Or if there is a quick sollution out there @community I'd appreceate it. I don't like not being able to use something that I've payed a lot of money for, so please help.

Hi Charlie,

 

I'm wondering if this issue is resolved, because i've been having the same problem for days. 

I got charched through the Microsoft store for the upcomming year. But I haven't been able to use the app ever since the sub got renewed. 

 

I don't like paying for stuff that I can't use. Can you or someone else help me?
