Cannot restore purchase of Lightroom premium

Hi,

I bought lightroom premium from google play yesterday, but today it shows that premium membership is not available. I tried to resort purchase but not working. It returns an eroor that The purchase found could not be restored because it hasa lready been claimed.

I'm sure I'm using the right account for both google play and adobe account, please help me figure this out, thanks.

Hey @TedZz. Welcome to the Lightroom Community.

I've reviewed the account you signed in to the community with & I found two subscriptions in an inactive/canceled state from the Apple store.

 

You've used the Android tag & your description indicates the same. The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. Lightroom mobile premium from Apple Store won't work on Android & it works the same way around too.

You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already.

Lightroom subscriptions purchased via the Adobe store will work on your mobile devices & desktop independently of the app stores.

Hi Sammer,

Thanks for your reply, I did have subscribed premium membership from google play, and it worked for about 1 day, then it's not valid anymore. I tried to restore purchase but not working.

The subscription status is still active from google play, so really don't know why cannot use it.

Did you ever get this resolved?  If yes, how?  I'm having the same problem.
