Hello,
I'll try to make it as short and as specific as it can be.
So I've been using lightroom +1tb plan for a few years now, I purchased this plan through Microsoft Store. Today I received an e-mail from microsoft store that my subscription was cancelled due tu not enough funds on my card. That's true as I am changing my banks and cards. So I did set up new card and the payment was accepted immediately. But now when I open lightroom on my iPad or iPhone or Windows laptop it says that my subscription is terminated. When I click "restore purchase" it says that "purchase cannot be restored".
I contected Microsoft and they said that on hteir part everything is fine and I should be able to use purchased plan.
I tried logging out and loggin in again. I tried turning off and on my devices. Nothing works.
So my question is why Adobe keep saying that there is no payment for my plan?
Can someone here check my status in adobe system? Should I wait longer before the info from Microsoft reaches Adobe? What's going on here?
I would appreciate any help.

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.

My problem was fixed by Adobe support. They contacted me and solved everything.
