Cannot sign in to Lightroom - App shows trial on macOS

I am trying to get into light room and it keeps telling me to start a free trial even though it is purchased. I click stgart free trial and then says i have already purchased it and then kicks me. WHAT IS GOING ON??!! I need this for work, please help.
