cant download lightroom

I had upgrade to windows 10 and when i try to install lightroom the downloader stops at the authification screen. It opens the browser that says I'm good to go but never starts dowloading the actual lightroom program. I also tried this with photoshop and creative cloud with simlar results.

Do you have used the correct account data? Is it possible that you have a typing error on input?

Do you have tried to login into your account via Adobes website?
