Cant open the Lightroom app MAC Pro M1 Ventura...

I was stupid enough to pay for Lightroom CC 1tb one year in advance, but it is complete impossible to even open the app...! I have spent the last two days in search for help, because many others out there have the same issues, but nothing work, and I give up... I want to cancel this subscription, and get my money back - you cant pay for something - as long as it does not work at all... I have a brand new MACbook Pro M1 with Ventura installed... I`m not a technical computer-person, so I rather give ut and want my money back... But Adobe is so ARROGANT, it is complete impossible event to get in contact with  them, hoping for å replay for how to solve this...
