Capture photos in video in 5.4

How do i capture photo frames in a video. I'm using version 5.4 on Mac

You can only do so by taking a screenshot in Lightroom Desktop at this point in time.

    i just found out that although Adobe Lightroom can’t extract video frames, my Nikon (7Zii) camera still has that option so you can save the frame first before bringing over to Lightroom. it’s still annoying since looking at a small camera display to pick out a frame is a pain, but at least it’s better quality than taking a screenshot from the computer
