Is it possible to change the background color on a picture? If so step by step instructions please.

    It’s not the background and it’s in Lightroom Classic (although the process is very similar), but is this adjustment brush tutorial the kind of thing you are looking to achieve?

    You'll need a different program than Lightroom for such tasks.
