Change Lightroom Mobile Subscription on Android

Hi, I am currently on lightroom mobile monthly subscription. How do I go about changing it to a yearly subscription? 

Ive tried from play store but it only has option to unsubscribe. And there is no option to change in the app itself. I've tried from my account as well but it leads me back to playstore.
