Cloud storage content lost after activating new license
Hi!
My prior Adobe license recently expired. I today purchased a new license, but when I open Lightroom (Web or on windows) all my photos are gone.
Is there any way I could access my old cloud storage connected to the previous expired license?
The previous license was a company license, but I have always used my personal profile.
Or do I need to request this somehow with Adobe support?
