Connection Issue

I downloaded the latest lightroom which is the 9.0, and for some reason it cant connect to my internet. I tried connecting to a different internet and its the same. The search bar says its unavailable and the buttons are grayed out. I cant add photos and search, basically I cant use the lightroom.

so I have been looking for the reason why my lightroom is being blocked by something, I went into my windows defender firewall - outbound - searched for lightroom and its blocked, I just disabled it and my lightroom is working again. hope this helps.
