Constant Crashes even after I do everything it says to cure it. Lr

I am having Constant Crashes even after I do everything it says to cure it, I have followed all the instructions on the help page and I at this point and infuriated. I see that this is capible of so much more than anything else I have used but what good is it if it crashes almost every single time I use it?

 

I am editing from RAW when I am using the program.

 

I want this to work, when it does work the results are wonderful, I simply do not understand what is going on. I will say it seems to crash very often when using  "Denoise" or any of the methods you can choose in there such as I think it is called Super enhance and there is one For Raw.

 

I have sent error reports, to which I have not gotten any kind of reply in over a year of using, I have used DDU to remove any old graphics drivers and install new ones, I bought a new GPU as the only only had two gig of Vram and upgraded to one with 12 gig. (XFX SPEEDSTER QICK319 RADEON RX 6750XT CORE Gaming Graphics Card with 12GB GDDR6 HDMI 3xDP, AMD RDNA 2)

 

My rig is as follows in case that helps:

1). CPU Intel Core i7-5930K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.5GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W BX80648I75930K Desktop Processor -

2). Motherboard ASUS ROG RAMPAGE V EXTREME/U3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard

3). GPU XFX SPEEDSTER QICK319 RADEON RX 6750XT CORE Gaming Graphics Card with 12GB GDDR6 HDMI 3xDP, AMD RDNA 2 - RX-675XYJFDP

4). Case Cooler Master Cosmos II

5). Cpu Cooler Cooler Master Nepton 240M - CPU Water Cooling System, All-In-One Kit with 240mm Radiator and 2 Silencio Fans

6). 1 x WD Black 5TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 128MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD5001FZWX HDD

7.) 1 x TB Western Digital Black Edition & 1 500 GB Western Digital Blue Edition

8). SSD 2 x SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE250BW 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gb/s 1x nm Samsung Toggle DDR 2.0 3-Bit MLC NAND Flash Memory (400Mbps)

9). RAM 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 3000 (PC4-24000) Desktop Memory Model 4096 X 4

10). Case Fans Just what came with minus the top fan becaus of the water cooler

11). PSU Cooler Master V1200 - Fully Modular 1200W 80 PLUS Platinum PSU with Silent Fanless Mode Operation (6th Generation Skylake Compatible)

 

I am using Windows 10

 

Thank you for any help given, I really want to enjoy this product. I have some of the other Adobe products for photography, but the tools are so small I can't even see them.

    Hey, Sir-diealot. I'm sorry for your experience with Lightroom due to the crash. Thanks for sharing the details. I'll help you figure this out. 
     
    Would you mind sharing if there is any error when it crashes? 
     
    AI Denoise can use the GPU more intensively, so turn off the GPU by following the steps below. 
     
    You can turn off the Graphics Processor option by choosing Edit > Preferences in Lightroom Classic. In the Preferences dialog, click the Performance tab and deselect Use Graphics Processor. 
    After you complete these settings, restart Lightroom to check if the crash persists.

    I am sorry I have not gotten back to you, my girlfiend has been in the hospital since the first week of June and I just got her back home 2 days ago so I have been very busy.

     

    I do not recall a specific crast report, just the asking me if I want to report it when it does crash. I have fill those out several times with no help at all. I can add that when it crashes I can't shut the program down at all, I have to hit the windows key to do anything and if I want the programe to shut down I have to completly restart the computer. There has been a few times where I just got a black screen or the entire computer shuts off but that has only happened once each I would say.

     

    I will try this tomorrow, I have to take care of my girlfriend tonight but should be able to do some with it tomorrow. Thank you very much.
