Constant spinning wheel when trying to edit or crop using Chrome

Hi, I'm using Lightroom on Chrome. Everytime I try to crop or edit a photo I just get a constant spinning wheel. Any ideas on how to fix? I tried Edge as well to no avail - same problem.
