Crop Dimensions not Showing

Since upgrading to Lr Mobile 9.1 I am unable to view the crop dimensions in the info panel.

This was not an issue with previous versions. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply Jim and thanks for reporting this to Adobe. I've tried what you've suggested without success. The only way I've been able to get the final cropped dimensions is to save the image to iPhoto and it tells me what they are 😂

Have you followed the procedure exactly as I described? Steps should be:

1. Make sure you are in single-image detail view, not in Grid view.

2. Tap on either the Rating icon or the main (topmost) Edit icon.

3. Two-finger tap (not double tap) on the image to cycle through the three overlay modes (which appear in the the top left corner of the screen). The cycle is Info Overlay, Histogram, Off (though if using the Rating panel the Histogram may not appear, so the cycle becomes Info Overlay, Off, Off).

4. When you have the Info Overlay showing, single-finger tap on the Info Overlay itself (NOT the image) to cycle through the various Info Overlay displays. One of them should show both original and cropped dimensions.

Cropped dimensions are still shown, but only if the image is actually cropped. Drag up the panel from the bottom to see all info.

Thanks for your reply. This image is cropped but the dimensions shown are the original sensor dimensions. I've tried dragging the info panel but no more information appears. I've reinstalled the app to no avail.

It looks like a bug (or very poor and inconsistent design choice). Looking across the ecosystem I see various inconsistencies which I will separately report to Adobe. For now, the only way that I can find to display both original and cropped dimensions on the iPad is to use the Info Overlay, which is accessible by a two-finger tap on the image in either the Rating or Edit views (which cycles through the Off, Histogram, Info Overlay states), followed by a single-finger tap on the Info Overlay to cycle through the various displays to get to the required display.
