Hallo zusammen,
seit heute habe ich Lightroom per App Store abonniert, bekomme jedoch diese Meldung in der App auf dem iPhone und iPad. Auf Mac tut sich gar nichts. Bitte um Hilfe!

There are some old subscriptions in inactive & canceled state.
You can reach us or Apple Appstore support if you have been charged to your account. Subscriptions purchased from Apple Appstore are managed at the respective store. Hello,
today i subscribed to Adobe Lightroom on my Mac. Since then nothing happened. On iPad and also iPhone i get the message that the subscription is being prepared but nothing is synchronized. I tried restart and also re-login in apps but didn't help. Please help! I run all apps on the latest version.
