I have high ISO photos from Sony A7C camea where Lightroom's Noise Reduction works great on the RAW images. But with my newer camera, Sony A7IV, this error message appears. Please, what can be done to fix it?

Additional formats will be added to Denoise in future updates. At this time there isn't a workaround for making your demosaiced raw file compatible to Denoise.

Based on my testing, the Lightroom's noise reduction only work on the raw formats: Uncompressed, Lossless Comp (L) and Compressed

For the formats Lossless Comp (M)/Lossless Comp (S), AI noise reduction won't work.

Camera version: v2.0, Lightroom version: 12.3

Which Raw format are you shooting with the A7IV? I understand that some of the compressed raw formats from some cameras no longer contain the full mosaic data of the original raw capture, and so are not compatible with AI Denoise.

Lossless Comp (S) was the RAW file type. Can this be fixed somehow so that AI Denoise will work?

When Lossless Comp (M) of ARW will be added? AI denoise is only reason I used Lightroom. But it doesn't work on my most files.

I have a Sony A7R4. The AI Denoise worked on my uncompressed raw files (.ARW). I have not tried the compressed raw files.

What worked? I am also looking for a solution for lossless compression (m) files from my A7Rv. Topaz DeNoise AI and Photo AI work on these files, but Adobe LR DeNoise does not.

In Sony a7c II Denoise only works is files that are Uncompressed or Lossless compressed L, not in Lossless compressed M or Lossless compressed S or compressed.
