When I try to use denoise on a photo I get this weird warped image. Clicking the update all button that shows up doesn't fix it.

Please post your 'System Info'. You can obtain this from the Help > System Info menu item. Use the Copy button at top right corner of the System Info dialog to capture the info, then paste into a reply.
