DNG file from Honor 200 unusable

Hi,

After installation of LR on my New Honor 200, I am unable to display DNG file record de by the back camera.

JPG recording works fine, but I dont nedd LR to record JPGs... Front camera DNG are fine too.

I have switched off and on my phone, nothings better. Idem with cache cleared and set to 50 GO.

Here is whatbI get : an horrible dark purple pattern !

Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

Is this image shot using Lightroom's in-app camera, or using your Phone's DNG output?

Please use the Lightroom in-app Camera to shoot in DNG. You can also click and hold on the Lightroom icon to launch Lightroom Camera: https://adobe.ly/4geooZ6

If you're using your camera's DNG, it may not work as the RAW output from the specific device is currently not supported: https://adobe.ly/3WptqKI

Thank you for your quick answer !

Yes, I shot this image with Lightroom in-app camera (as I did before with
my previous phone a Google Pixel 3).

Thanks for sharing the sample as an album. It helps me verify that Lightroom Web does not support the particular DNG from your device. Could you take a few sample images, upload them to any file-sharing platform, and share a public link with me via direct message from your profile?

The two valid pictures have been done with the selfie front camera, and the
two unreadable withe the main camera back.

For your information, I have installée the l'attestation version of Lr,
but it is no more successful...
