does lightroom web version includes selective and healing tabs?
i have got subscription for web and mobile version. i cant see healing and seclective tab on web version? is it like that or am i missing somthing?

No, you're not missing anything, the edit tools in LrWeb are not as fully featured yet, and selective tools are currently unavailable.
