Is there software to remove duplicates from Lightroom (Cloud)?

No.  Lightroom does not normally allow 'Duplicates' (of the same file) in the library. Sorting by 'Date' and visually looking for similar photos is TBMK the only way.

There are no Plugins that work for Lightroom.  (As is possible in Lightroom-Classic.)
