Edit tools missing in Lightroom Mobile version 6 (Android)

Hello, I have subscription based Lightroom Mobile, latest version 6.0, with no edit tools. How do I recover the edit tools

The latest version that we have for Lightroom mobile is version 8. Would you mind updating your Lightroom?

Have you tried re-signing into the account? Please share a screenshot of how it's working.
