Edits made on my I pad don't appear on my mobile phone. Lightroom CC

I am running Lightroom CC (active subscription) and have the app on both my I-Pad and my Samsung phone. When I edit a photo on the Ipad the edits are visible on my phone in the "All photos" view however if I select an individual photo it reverts back to the original unedited image. What am I doing wrong?
