Desde hace un día que ya no puedo utilizar la IA en Ligthroom ya que al ocupar la herramienta me aparece el mensaje " Eliminacion generativa ha fallado "
tengo un pc window i7 de 9 generacion
32 gb de Ram
Nvidia gtx 1050
Cabe destacar que podia utilizar el programa sin problema y de la nada comenzó aparecerme el mensaje

The GTX 1050 (released in 2016) does not meet the system requirements & in general, this is related to GPU. Please head here to troubleshoot most GPU issues on Windows: https://adobe.ly/4cPW9OT

Hola.
A mi me ocurre lo mismo. Mi PC es un Ryzen 9 5900X + 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz + RTX 5070 + SSD NVMe M.2 500 GB + 4 TB. En el firewall tengo agregada la exclusión para Lightroom.
Y aún con todo eso, me sigue fallando. Es una verguenza con el dineral que me estoy dejando y que no haya una solución clara.

Just to confirm—are you seeing the same error message that was shared above? If so, could you try temporarily turning off your Firewall to see if that helps?
Also, when you get a chance, please share your system info by going to Help > System Info. You can copy and paste that into a text file and attach it to your reply. That’ll help us troubleshoot more effectively. Thanks!
