Thanks, 500 Mb is quite less for a collection to start syncing images in Lr mobile.
Try freeing up space on your mobile.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi,
- Which version of LR App are you using?
- Which Email Client are you using?
- Are you following the path> Share>Email? (If so have you tried other
Email App)
LR is up to date. I subscribe to monthly CC.
Email is with GMAIL. It works fine with other apps.
I don't know anything about "path> Share>Email? (If so have you tried
other Email App"
All I've been doing is right clicking on the image, the window opens within
LR and I fill in who is being sent the image. The address has to be in my
account list and they are. Everyone gets the emails with attachments. But
no one can see the image. I can save the image to my phone and then look
at it. But it does not show up in the email.
Let me know if you can figure this out. It's been doing this for years.

I assumed you are using Lr mobile to send Email.
Which Email Preset are you using?Try switching to a different preset and see if that helps.

HI
I'm not using LR mobile to send images. The LR is installed on a PC using
Windows 10.
I think it's a slow internet connection to my phone (wifi). The larger
files 1800 px longest size just don't show up or it takes a long long time.
Cable One says it gives 100 mgs which should make the wifi pretty fast but
it's not as fast sometimes.
What is the best way to send an image from PC to mobile devises?
thanks for your help.

As you are subscribed to Creative cloud. I would recommend you to sync your images across your devices.See How to sync Lightroom desktop and the Lightroom mobile app
If you want to share these images with others, Simply share them from Lr desktop, See Share and view feedback on a photo gallery in Lightroom | Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC tutorials

OK, I started to download the LR mobile and realized I once had it on my
iphone. But it's saying I don't have enough room on my phone.
Will the LR Mobile try to download all the photos from my desktop to my
phone?

It will only download the Smart previews ,so should not take much of space. How much space do have left on your Phone?

Phone says about 500 mg out of 64g. So I don't think LR mobile is going to work for me. Next phone I'll have more. I'm working on deleting images from phone.
Thanks,
