Bonjour,

 

J'ai fait l'acquisition de Lightroom cloud en promo et j'ai réglé pour une année.

J'ai fait l'erreur de l'installer sans me rendre compte de mon erreur.

Lightroom classic est le logiciel que je souhaitais et préconisé dans mon club photo.

J'ai fait une erreur et souhaite basculer sur Lightroom classic, sans predre ce que j'ai déja versé.

Comment faire?

You will need to contact Adobe Support for help to solve this. In the Creative Cloud dashboard, upper right corner under your profile there is a Contact Us customer support message chat. If that is does not work you can also try the Help Center link and scroll to the bottom. It will require you to login using your Adobe Id and Password.
