Erro reenicia o meu pc

Question

Boa noite , o meu problama começou á alguns dias , ao abrir o Lightroom passados uns segundos o pc reenicia automaticamente !  Já tentei varias soluçoês mas o problama continua o que me impede de trabalhar e tenho uma assinatura paga . Se alguem me poder ajudar agradeço muito. Utilizo windows 11 ja desde que foi lançado mas só agora é que este problema acontece

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Please try re-logging into the account.

Can you tell us what troubleshooting you have tried so far? If not, please try resetting the preferences and reinstalling the application. You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e

Please back up your presets prior to resetting the preferences.
