Error en importación en preset de Lightroom

Hay unos presets que no puedo importar en el LR, me dice que ya se han importado y no aparecen. En un ordenador los puedo ver y en otro que acabo de comprar no los puedo ver.

 

Es el preset Kodak Portra 160. Alguien sabe como puedo solucionarlo? Es en Mac

Could you share a few more details about the issue? For example, which version of Lightroom you're using, what file format your preset is in, and if possible, a screenshot of the error message you're seeing. That’ll help us get a better idea of what’s going on.

Hola @Aleke , envío una captura de pantalla. Estoy utilizando Adobe Lightroom Classic, el preset es archivo xmp.

When you get a chance, could you head over to the Presets panel and click the + icon in the top right? Then select “Manage Presets”, from there, you should be able to double-check that all your presets are enabled. Let me know if the missing one shows up there!
