Error message (19650929)

Hi there,

I am using Lightroom classic on my phone for years and it was all ok until a couple days ago, since then i cannot use it, it keeps loading then i get the following error: Lightroom detected an issue, please quit and restart the app to resolve. Error code: 19650929.

I have an iphone 12 xpro, i tried to turn off and on my phone, use without wifi and still the same. I did not try to delete and reinstall the app because I have many paid presets and im afraid to lose them. Please help me out what to do!

I do think that reinstall is the way to fix this.

A reinstall is not definite solution for this.
The error message comes from a timeout, please wait a couple of minutes more (maybe up to five) first to see if it goes away.

Hi!

I reinstalled and it works now however I lost all my paid presets. 😞 is
there any way to get them back?
